Interesting Case work
I greatly enjoyed working on a distribution strategy project for an international technology company. The company had shown impressive growth rates in the US and was intending to grow its presence in Europe. We were asked to assess the existing channel structure and make recommendations on the optimum number of resellers in each European country. My role involved bringing together demographic, regulatory and geographic factors together with market opportunity analysis to develop coverage strategy for each European country.

Even as a graduate, from the very beginning of my career with Cairneagle I was given a lot of responsibility and therefore opportunity to develop quickly as a consultant.
