Interesting case work
One interesting case involved developing a three year customer service strategy for a global technology business in the education sector. We examined every aspect of our client’s customer service strategy, from analysing call centre data and customer service surveys to interviewing employees on their thoughts and experiences. We had to examine issues in great detail, whilst keeping an eye on the big picture. This involved working closely with the client to address the complex internal picture of this fast growing company and aligning that to their external strategy.
