Previous work experience
Prior to Cairneagle I worked at Accenture in Johannesburg, South Africa for two years, before moving to London to gain broader international experience.

Interesting case work
One of the most interesting projects I have worked on at Cairneagle involved setting the remuneration targets for the CEO of a listed company. The project evolved from initially assessing market size and growth, to evaluating the potential share that they could capture and establishing targets for the CEO in a low, medium and high case.
The project was challenging owing to the sensitive and political nature of the task, and the high degree of accuracy required.

Why Cairneagle
Cairneagle is great in that it is a small firm and therefore you don’t feel as if you’re ‘lost in a maze of employees’, and everything you do really does count.

The mix of venture/ strategy consulting adds another dimension, and enables us to first-hand experience the setting up of companies and gain greater exposure to the commercial and practical nature of businesses. Also, working here is fun and exciting – we are all from different backgrounds, so bring very different perspectives to the firm.
