  • Cairneagle created a fundraising strategy and managed the entire fundraising process for the client
  • We created the pitch-pack, financial model, executive summary and investment memorandum and managed negotiations with PE firms and strategic investors across the US and Europe
  • Cairneagle added value in a number of ways: the strategic analysis of the opportunity created a compelling investor marketing story; an innovative deal structure separated out the construction risk from the ongoing operational risk to make the deal appeal to different classes of investors, and its wide relationship with both strategic and financial advisors lead to a number of high quality meetings

  • The business secured $160m of debt
  • Following the collapse of US ethanol prices, the equity-raising is currently suspended
