UK Bank – Arrears management performance improvement
Aim
- This UK bank had a problem in that its 3 month arrears were escalating out of control and needed a plan to turn around its performance
Scope
- We were asked to build a strategy and plan to improve the bank’s arrears performance, and improve the productivity of the arrears management process
Outcome
- Developed a detailed, staggered plan that reduced its 3 month+ arrears by 30%, and improve the efficiency of the arrears management function by 10-15%
