Aim
  • To redesign the customer propositions and sales channels for the fastest growing division of a global life assurance company

Scope
  • The international division of a fast growing life assurance company was experiencing a proliferation of product and channel across around 50 countries served
  • Cairneagle worked with the client to create and define a set of standard products and propositions to be adopted by each country with minimum scope for regional modification
  • For each territory the channel structure was assessed and recommendations for the appropriate channel mix was defined and agreed

Outcome
  • The improved focus behind a limited number of products through agreed channels had a material impact on sales, and the elimination of complexity enabled the client to reduce costs
