  • Our client, which provides flexible staff to the healthcare sector, required a strategy to help it prioritise where future investment and resource should be channeled, and the returns that could be expected
  • In order to create a context for the corporate strategy, Cairneagle modeled the industry profit pool, which forecasted revenue and margins for each market segment. This involved intensive market research and pricing analysis
  • A competitor benchmarking programme was carried out to determine our client’s core sustainable competencies, segment attractiveness, and profitability benchmarks

Outcome
  • Cairneagle created a business development plan to focus on the areas of strategic importance, and to develop new product offerings to target these key markets
