Venturing We have worked with and advised a number of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial ventures, including start-ups, Management Buy-Outs and Buy-Ins and pre-IPO companies. We typically work on a risk basis, taking all or part of our fees in equity in lieu of cash in order to fully align our interests with our partners. We also invest seed capital into promising new enterprises and, alongside our network of investors, form consortia to acquire businesses. We currently have equity stakes in ten businesses, in a range of sectors including digital media, clean technology, telecoms, business services, software, investment companies, and pubs and hotels.
