Cairneagle Associates, the strategy consultancy, has appointed former chief executive of the University Admissions Service (UCAS), Mary Curnock Cook, as senior advisor.
From 2010 until her retirement from the role earlier this year, Curnock headed the UK university admissions organisation.
Under her leadership UCAS Media revenue grew by 90%, largely through growth in UCAS’s data and analytics capabilities and the development of new revenues in media and advertising.
Prior to 2010, she was director of qualifications and skills at the QCDA.
Rupert Barclay, managing partner of Cairneagle, said: “We are delighted that Mary has agreed to come on board as a senior advisor. She will make a huge impact on our team and on Cairneagle’s ability to provide the highest quality advisory services to Universities and alternative higher education providers in the UK and internationally.”
