By joining our team as a Senior Consultant or Manager, you will make an immediate impact on our firm as well as our clients.

You will lead project workstreams and be given opportunities to take on increasing responsibility for end-to-end project management. Your role will be to define the key issues of the case and create the work plan with support from the partners or senior project managers. 

Our model is to provide our project managers with direct exposure to C-suite clients, and you will be directly responsible for client management and will be expected to resolve issues as they arise.

In our team, we strive to have individuals with exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills, proactive and naturally inquisitive temperaments and the ability to quickly and confidently develop relationships.

As your key role will be to help our clients solve their most critical challenges, experience in managing teams and coaching others to high performance, and ability to work with quantitative data and structure quantitative analysis are essential.

Our projects cover the UK, Europe, Asia, the Americas, and Africa, therefor language skills are highly desirable.
