Our role
Our work, which was mostly outside-in, was conducted over 4 weeks.
It included a large-scale primary research program, including: a market survey of c.350 HR and payroll decision-makers in schools, and 43 expert calls with customers, non-customers, school groups and local authorities, and competitors.
Our findings were quantified in a financial model of the market for payroll and HR software and services to UK schools and headroom for Orovia.
The outcome
Our work supported the successful completion of the deal and has continued to be used to inform Tes’ wider strategy in HR software for schools.
