Our role

Cairneagle assessed the drivers of the decline and used an extensive primary research campaign to holistically understand the IT corporate training market. We then evaluated these trends and the competitive positioning of the client with respect to their current offer, to understand where best to play within this space. Finally, we provided recommendations on the optimal product strategy according to these trends and their positioning.
