Key considerations for education institutions through uncertain times

The COVID-19 pandemic has challenged all of our assumptions in the last few weeks. As business leaders this is probably the most challenging experience most of us will have dealt with in our lifetime. While the obvious response is to hunker down and deal with the here and now, we also need to ensure that we are preparing for the ‘New Normal’, whatever that brings. Decisive leadership, strong management and robust planning are more important than ever. Here at Cairneagle we have also moved quickly to a world of remote working as we continue to support our clients however we can. The Education sector has its own challenges and will be critical to the economic recovery and civil society. Now is the time to ensure that we are able to bounce back more resilient, more compassionate and more focused.
