The context
Our client has a group of 6th form colleges that were operating at different levels. The client wanted to understand how it could improve its performance.
Our role
We built a framework to analyse the drivers of performance across the group and identified and got buy-in from the school heads to a number of important levers to pull to improve performance.
The outcome
The implementation of certain recommendations led to significant profit enhancement for the group even though some initiatives had to be deferred for operational reasons.
